Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with GARM27.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products into your cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Language of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is: German.
We store the contract text and will send you the order details and our Terms of Service in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Shipping Terms
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the listed product prices, a shipping rate will be added for standard shipping.
4.2 Delivery Options
We ship products to the delivery address specified during the checkout process.
We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers additional payment options according to their own policies. We have no influence over the offering of these options. Any additional payment methods are subject to your individual agreement with PayPal. More information can be found in your PayPal account.

Information about any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found on the product pages and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
We are not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

3. Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
1. Geltungsbereich Diese AGB gelten für alle Bestellungen im Online-Shop Garm27. Der Shop richtet sich an Verbraucher.
2. Vertragsschluss Der Kaufvertrag kommt mit dem Absenden der Bestellung zustande. Sie erhalten danach eine Bestätigung per Mail.
3. Vertragssprache Deutsch. Vertragstexte werden nicht dauerhaft gespeichert.
4. Lieferung Standardversand (4,99 €). Lieferung an die beim Kauf angegebene Adresse.
5. Zahlungsarten Aktuell: PayPal. Zahlung erfolgt direkt bei Bestellung.
6. Gewährleistung Es gilt das gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrecht.
