Refund policy

SHIPPING NOTE:

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels or returns due to non-collection. In case of a returned parcel, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Emelie Nembach, Friedelstraße 48, 12047 Berlin, Germany, garm27@web.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

No Withdrawal for Personalized or Unique Items

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Personalized Style Bundles, as these are tailor-made based on your preferences and involve purchasing individual items specifically for your bundle.

  • Vintage items, which are one-of-a-kind and come with clearly listed measurements and condition details.

  • Print-on-demand items (such as custom T-shirts), which are produced specifically for your order and shipped directly by our print provider.

These items are excluded from returns unless they are significantly not as described

 

Style Bundles are personalized styling services curated individually based on the customer’s measurements, preferences and inspiration.

As sourcing, styling and preparation work begins shortly after purchase, full refunds are generally not possible once the process has started or the bundle has been prepared or shipped.

In certain cases — such as returned parcels, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, customs issues or other shipping-related problems outside of our control — partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the stage of the order and costs already incurred through sourcing, preparation, shipping and return handling.

Any potential partial refund amount is determined based on the stage of the order, including sourcing work already completed, items purchased, preparation time, shipping costs and any additional return or handling fees incurred.

By purchasing a Style Bundle, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

1. Widerrufsbelehrung

Widerrufsrecht Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Emelie Nembach, Friedelstraße 48, 12047 Berlin, Deutschland, garm27@web.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.

Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.

Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden.

Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückführen ist.

Vom Widerruf ausgeschlossen sind:

  • Waren, die individuell für Sie angefertigt wurden (z. B. personalisierte Style Bundles).

  • Vintage-Stücke, deren genaue Maße in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben sind.

  • Print-on-Demand-Produkte (z. B. Shirts), da diese speziell für Ihre Bestellung gedruckt werden.
